Vi risparmio la formuletta. (Per i più esperti va detto che la distanza relativa proposta, che chiameremo 'situazionata', è una misura parametrica. In certi casi si può ricavarne anche una parametrica utilizzando la funzione di distribuzione empirica). Attenzione: Per qualche grandezza può succedere che il valore non preferibile non sia né il minimo né il massimo, ma un valore intermedio (l'età dell'impianto, nell'esempio). Queste grandezze rappresentano un grosso guaio, le chiameremo NON FRANCHE rispetto all'analisi (vedremo come rimediare). Ora una osservazione situazionata rappresenta un coefficiente di posizione (una percentuale, è L'Informazione del dato singolo) che indica la posizione relativa occupata dall'unità nel percorso (spettro) descritto dalla serie. Perché non è mai stato proposto un approccio di questo genere? Perché questo si chiama VOLGARE DIVULGAZIONE. In questo modo si rischia che tutti capiscano i dati del problema!
